FWC is a “controller” for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 ("DPA”). In the course of our services we may need to gather and use “personal data” about you (and your Emergency Contact/Next of Kin), by which we mean any information about you from which you can be identified, such as your name and contact details. We are committed to processing your personal data fairly and lawfully in compliance with the DPA. You expressly consent to our processing your personal data for all purposes related to your participation in FWC events. In addition, you acknowledge that we may process your personal data where the processing is necessary: to provide our services under our agreement with you; for compliance with our legal obligations; to protect your vital interests or those of another person; and/or for our legitimate interests or those of any third party recipients to whom we provide your personal data including for our and our service providers' administration and management of FWC events.
